Since March 1, 2026, we have expanded our management team: Mr. Johannes Faupel will now share executive leadership with his father, Mr. Bernd Faupel. With this step, we remain a family-run company in its fourth generation.
Mr. Johannes Faupel has already been with the company for four years and, in his previous role as Production Manager, gained extensive experience in manufacturing and customer support. In his new role within the management team, he will now contribute this experience at a strategic level.
Together with our new leadership team, we aim to consistently continue our innovation strategy. A key focus is ensuring competitive market pricing through the continuous optimization of our own machinery – deliberately without relocating production capacities abroad. Our in-house machine engineering department plays a decisive role in this, enabling us to further develop production systems individually and efficiently adapt them to new requirements.
We have also taken important steps in the area of quality assurance in recent years. For example, we successfully achieved ISO 9001 certification, underlining our commitment to stable processes and consistently high product quality.
