Innovative System Engineering
When company founder Mathias Scheuß started to develop his own machines in 1949, the possibilities were limited. Together with his son Helmuth Scheuß, they grew a company, which was in need for customized facilities right from the beginning: cutting plants, coating facilities, hardening plants, deburring machines.
All specialized processing units were developed and manufactured in-house. Over the course of the years the engineering became more and more professional. With the support of the company’s technician Cobra sold entire processing lines for strip steel production to India and Russia.
After automatization became more and more important in the 1990s, we started to develop our own traverse spooling technology as well. Prototypes and single units evolved to a whole series of highly specialized machines.
Our newest line of high-precision traverse spoolers is a joint venture with Bregar Systemtechnik and Stöber.
